On a wet and windy Sunday afternoon 11th November at McDonagh Park, Nenagh, Clanmaurice were defeated by Kilmessan of Meath in the AIB All-Ireland Junior Club Camogie Championship Semi-Final. by 2-10 to 0-9 A tough ask for Clanmaurice but they gave a great effort.
This was a repeat pairing of last year's final that went to a replay. On that occasion, Clanmaurice had led by a goal with seconds remaining in injury time only for the Meath Ladies to secure an equaliser. Kilmessan subsequently took the All-Ireland title in the replay. The Crotta Hurling Club was represented by Aoife Behan Jackie Hogan and Megan Weir on the Clanmaurice team. Enjoy the break now Girls.
