The Annual Mass will be celebrated at Tobar Flainn, Kilflynn on Thursday evening 30th April at 7 p.m. (weather permitting). May is a special month dedicated to Our Lady – we begin the month with this special celebration at the Well.
CLOTHING DRIVE
St. Teresa’s National School, Kilflynn are holding a clothing recycling drive fundraising.
Please donate all your clean unwanted clothes, shoes, bed linen, curtains, towels, bags, belts and soft toys. Please Donate only clean dry and rewardable clothing as we cannot accept wet, dirty or damaged clothing or goods. No Duvets. Drop your bags at the Crotta Hurling Clubhouse, Dromakee, Kilflynn (Eircode V92 NW92) between 7:00 a.m.m to 10.00p.m. 7 days a week. The new collection date is Monday 13th April to Monday 11th May. This clothes drive raises much needed funds to cover the shortfall in Departmental grants, your support will be greatly appreciated. Please spread the word to your family and friends

CROTTA LOTTO RESULTS
Parker’s Pub in Kilflynn was the venue for the Crotta Hurling Club’s weekly lotto draw on Monday 27th April. The four numbers drawn from the drum by the independent observer, Graham Harris, Clounsillagh, Lixnaw were 8, 22, 25, and 26. No one won the €7,300 Jackpot.

Well done to everyone involved in the victory, especially our own Sean McGrath who played at full back.
Kerry’s TG4 Ladies Munster Senior Football Championship campaign started with a defeat.
They lost to Waterford by 0-17 to 2-9 in Austin Stack Park, Tralee.
Kerry led by 2-6 to 0-7 at halftime. Niamh Quinn, from Crotta, came on as a substitute in the second half.
Kerry is through to the Munster Senior Football Championship final.
They defeated Clare in the last four by 2-19 to 1-14 in front of a crowd of 5,526.
At halftime, the score was Kerry 0-13 to Clare 1-6. Cillian Trant made his Championship debut at wing forward. The final will be in Killarney at 1:45pm on Sunday 10th May.
A massive congratulations and well done to St. Teresa’s National School, Kilflynn 6th Class pupil Tom Reilhan, who lined out for Kerry in the Primary Game at halftime during the Kerry v Clare Munster Senior Football Semi final on Saturday, April 25th in Cusack Park, Ennis. Tom plays his club football for Na Gaeil Football Club, Tralee. No doubt it won’t be the last time we see him in the green & gold.
The Kerry hurlers received a walkover from Down in the 2026 Leinster U20 Hurling Championship Tier 2 Round 3. The game was scheduled to be played
in the Laois Centre of Excellence on Saturday 25th April. Kerry plays Antrim next weekend.
