KILFLYNN ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE 2025
Kilflynn Community Together organising committee look forward to welcoming you to Kilflynn for the 2025 St Patrick’s Day festival Parade Monday 17th March.
We would appreciate it if all floats and participating groups could gather at Kilflynn NS at 3:00pm with the parade due to commence at 4:00pm.
There will be music to entertain the crowd from the parade stage in the centre of the village from 3:45pm.
Once again There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prizes for best floats/participating groups.
The parade will be followed with a presentation of Medals and goody bags for all participating children in the Columba’s centre.
We look forward to seeing you all and hope you all have a wonderful day.

ANOTHER COUNTY SCOR TITLE FOR SONNY
This years Scór Sinsír was held in Duchas MTU on March 1st 2025. A great night’s entertainment was had by everyone.
Congratulations to the winners who go on to represent Kerry in the Munster Final on March 29th.

Many congratulations to Crotta Hurling club stalwart Sonny Egan who captured the County title in the senior scór Story telling competition on Friday night. This is Sonny’s 38 county title winning, having won titles in athletes, hurling, ploughing, question time, singing and Storytelling in Scor and Comhaltas competitions over the years. What an amazing achievements Sonny!
Great Credit once again to Crotta Scor officer Tom Breen for his great guidance and organising of the Crotta competitors and helping bring back another County Senior Scor title to the club.
ACTIVE RETIRED GROUP

CROTTA LOTTO GAA RESULTS
Parker’s Pub, Kilflynn was the venue for the Crotta Hurling Club weekly lotto draw on Monday 3rd March, The Four numbers drawn out of the drum by the independent observer: Graham Harris, Clounsillagh, Lixnaw were 9,11,18 and 21. There was no winner of the 2,000 Jackpot. Congratulations to the following who won €35 in the lucky dip draw: John Lynch, The Rectory, Ballyconnell, Kilflynn, Deborah Nammock, Ballyconnell Close, Kilflynn and Darragh Kennelly, Rathea, Listowel. The next draw will take place in Herbert’s Bar, Kilflynn on Monday night 10th March at 10.30p.m with a €2,100 Jackpot.

The Kerry Senior hurlers defeated Meath in the National league div 2 tie by 3 points on the final score of Kerry 1-20 Meath 0-20 at Austin Stack’s Park, Tralee on Saturday 1st March.
