POST PRIMARY SCHOOLS HOGAN CUP

CBS The Green Tralee will play Coláiste Mhuire Mullingar in the Masita All-Ireland Post Primary Schools Hogan Cup (Senior A Football) Final on Tuesday March 17th at 3pm in Croke Park. We wish the local players Cillian Hurley and Ryan Hurley and their CBS The Green, Tralee teammates and their mentors the very best of luck.

KILFLYNN ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE 2026

Kilflynn is all set for their annual St Patrick’s Day parade.
Kilflynn Community Together organising committee look forward to welcoming you to Kilflynn for the 2026 St Patrick’s Day festival Parade Tuesday 17th March.
We would appreciate it if all floats and participating groups could gather at Kilflynn NS at 3:00pm with the parade due to commence at 4:00pm.
There will be music to entertain the crowd from the parade stage in the centre of the village from 3:45pm.
Once again There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prizes for best floats/participating groups.
The parade will be followed with a presentation of Medals and goody bags for all participating children in the Columba’s centre.
This year’s Grand Marshal will be named nearer to The Day
We look forward to seeing you all and hope you all have a wonderful day.

CROTTA LOTTO RESULTS

Herbert’s Bar, Kilflynn was the venue for the Crotta Hurling Club weekly lotto draw on Monday 9th March, The Four numbers drawn out of the drum by the independent observer: Graham Harris, Clounsillagh, Lixnaw were 1,5,12 and 14. There was no winner of the 6,600 Jackpot.
Congratulations to the following who won €35 in the lucky dip draw: Taylor O’Brien, Ballyconnell Close, Ballyconnell, Kilflynn, Mary Long, Abbeydorney and Margaret Keane, Connolly Park, Tralee.
The next draw will take place in Parker, Kilflynn on Monday night 16th  March at 10.30p.m with a €6,700 Jackpot.
