CEMETERY MASS

There was a large attendance on a beautiful Wednesday evening, 8th July, to celebrate the Annual Mass at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Kilflynn, for our loved ones gone before us.
The Mass was celebrated by Fr. Jerry Keane, P.P. Abbeydorney, and Deacon Francis White. Since last year’s Mass, two people were buried in the cemetery: Irene (Ellen) Slattery (nee O’Sullivan), of Laccamore, Kilflynn and Brendan Hannon of Laccamore, Kilflynn, with Tom Breen of Cappa, Kilflynn Interment  in the Old Cemetery, Kilflynn Village.
The Kilflynn Church Choir once again provided the beautiful hymns for the occasion.
Fr. Keane thanked all those who worked so diligently behind the scenes to ensure the cemetery is maintained in excellent condition.
