Congratulations to the Kerry Senior Camogie team and their management on making history and securing their place in the All-Ireland Intermediate Final after a hard earned win against Down in the semi-final on a scoreline of Kerry 3-12 Down 0-16 on Saturday 12th July in St Conleth’s Park, Newbridge, Kildare, especially the Crotta ladies Aoife Behan , Jackie Horgan, Roisin Quinn, Niamh Quinn and Amy O’Sullivan. Kerry play Offaly in the All Ireland final on Sunday 10th August in Croke Park.

Herbert’s Bar, Kilflynn was the venue for the Crotta Hurling Club weekly lotto draw on Monday 14th July, The Four numbers drawn out of the drum by the independent observer: Sonny Egan, Garrynagore, Lixnaw were 3,22,25 and 30. There was no winner of the 3,200 Jackpot.

The 3rd Annual Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock will take place on Saturday 23rd August. Please pray for the safety of all pilgrims who travel.
