Congratulations and Well Done to Paddy Cronin, who lined out for Limerick in the Into Cumann na mBunscol primary respect exhibition go game against Kilkenny at half time of the All-Ireland Hurling Senior final between Limerick and Kilkenny at Croke Park on Sunday 23rd July. The 6th class pupil of St. Teresa’s National School, Kilflynn was representing his school and his club Crotta. We hope Paddy enjoyed this fantastic experience and we have no doubt that he will back at Gaa H.Q in the Green and Gold Jersey of the Kingdom.

Crotta Senior Hurlers booked their place in the Garvey’s SuperValu county SHC final when they had a victory over Kilmoyley on the final score line 2-11 to 0-16 at Austin Stacks Park, Tralee on Saturday evening 22nd July. Crotta will play Lixnaw in the final on Sunday 6th August at 3.00p.m in Austin Stacks Park.

The Crotta hurling club weekly lotto draw was held on Monday 24th July at Parker’s Pub, Kilflynn.
The Four numbers drawn out of the drum by the independent observer: Graham Harris, Clounsillagh, Lixnaw were 2,8,9 and 11. There was no winner of the 5,100 Jackpot.
