KWD COUNTY CLEAN UP

On Saturday April 15th at 10:00am we’ll be starting our Kilflynn clean-up in the village as part of the KWD Recycling County clean-up day. It is fantastic to give a good “spring-clean” to our beautiful village and surrounding area in preparation for the busy summer months. The more people that turn up, the easier the job is for everyone. We pass through our village on a daily basis, between work, school runs, walking, running, etc! Let’s now show Kilflynn some TLC by coming out and cleaning it up. As always Kilflynn Community Together greatly appreciates your support. We will be providing bags, some gloves, and some pickers.

ALLIANZ NHL DIVISION 2A SEMI-FINAL
Offaly 0-23  Kerry 0-19

The victors led by 0-13 to 0-10. The Crotta Hurling club was represented by Sean Weir (Corner back) Jodan Conway (Corner forward) (0-02) And Cillian Trant came on as a sub.  Still with the Joe McDonagh Cup just two weeks down the tracks there was much to be encouraged by with Stephen Molumphy’s outfit showing much more like the side we became familiar with last year.
