CROTTA LOTTO RESULTS

Herbert’s Bar, Kilflynn was the venue for the Crotta Hurling Club weekly lotto draw on Monday 9th February, The Four numbers drawn out of the drum by the independent observer: Graham Harris, Clounsillagh, Lixnaw were 1,4,10 and 26. There was no winner of the 6,200 Jackpot.
Congratulations to the following who won €35 in the lucky dip draw:  Geraldine Stack, Abbeydorney Paddy O’Reilly, Lixnaw and Tom Long, Abbeydorney
The next draw will take place in Parker’s Pub, Kilflynn on Monday night 16th February at 10.30p.m with a €6,300 Jackpot.

CROTTA GAA

Huge congratulations and well done to Tralee CBS (The Green) Footballers on winning the TUS Munster GAA Post Primary Schools Corn Uí Mhuirí U19 A Football Final on Saturday 7th February against High School Clonmel on a final score of 2-19 to 1-13 at Mallow Sports Complex. A wonderful achievement by all involved, especially our own players Ryan Hurley (Corner Forward) and Cillian Hurley (came on a sub) who acquitted themselves well on the fantastic victory . Congratulations boys, enjoy the celebrations
Kerry Senior hurlers kept their kept their 100% record intact in the Allianz Hurling League Division 2 campaign, on Saturday 7th February  in Austin Stack Park in Round 3, with a victory over
The visitors London  on the final score of 5-21 to 1-21. The home side led at the interval break by  Kerry 4-11 London 0-8. The Crotta club was represented by Sean McGrath (Full back) and Jordan Conway (came on as sub) on the Kerry team.
Kerry got back to winning ways when they defeated Meath in an entertaining contest in the Lidl NFL Division 1 game played at the Meath Hill GAA Grounds on Sunday 8th February on the final scoreline of Kerry 4-10 to Meath 2-12

Causeway Comprehensive   Senior Footballers fell just short on Friday 6th February in  UL North Campus, Limerick in the Munster U19 Senior Football Final on  the final scoreline of
Causeway Comprehensive  2-11 Rice College, Ennis 3-10
Commiserations to Crotta player Evan O’Sullivan and his Causeway team mates and their management. Ye can be so proud of all they have achieved in getting to a Senior Football Munster Final. A great occasion full of colour and passion for all our community and the school on a wonderful journey.

Kerry Senior footballers are at home on Saturday evening 14th Feb to Galway at 5.00p.m in Austin Stack’s Park, Tralee in the 2026 Allianz Football League Division 1 Round 3. Best wishes to St. Senan’s/ Crotta player Cillian Trant and his  Kerry teammates.
The Kerry Senior ladies footballers were in action on Monday 2nd February in Lidl Ladies National Football League in Fitzgerald Stadium, Killarney.
Full time Kerry Ladies Gaelic Football ( 1-11 ) Waterford ( 2-12 ). Naimh Quinn Crotta came on as a sub in the second half for the kingdom.
