KILFLYNN CITY RUNNING GROUP JANUARY CHALLENGE.

Walk or Run 5km-A-Day throughout the month of January. If you are unable to attend you can do some form of exercise every day in January and donate €1 per day. All proceeds will go to the palliative care unit in Tralee .
We will be based at Crotta Gaa Community Walkway, dromakee, Kilflynn  anytime between 7-9pm every evening in January. If you can’t make it, share your exercise with us and post your step count, cycle or yoga. Do something to get you moving every day in January. So shake off 2023 and start 2024 with a bang and help the palliative care unit in Tralee. This may be a stepping stone to a fitter and happier 2024 and who knows what it may lead to.

Crotta Hurling Club have agreed to extend the deadline for the €23,000 Giveaway draw until Sunday 17th March 2024. This decision has been taken as sales have unfortunately fell short of our expectations.
We hope to sell more tickets in the coming 2 months, so that we can continue to invest in the Club facilities. So for just €25 you can buy a ticket (or 5 tickets for €100) for their #CrottaChampo draw and be in with a chance of winning one of 10 cash prizes. Main cash prize is €10,000. CROTTA LOTTO JACKPOT RESULTS

The Crotta hurling club weekly lotto draw was held on Monday night 8th  January, at Parker’s Pub, Kilflynn. The Four numbers drawn out of the drum by the independent observer: Graham Harris, Clounsillagh, Lixnaw were 14,24,25 and 30. There was no winner of the 7,500 Jackpot. Congratulations to the following who won €35 in the lucky dip draw: Karen Tuite, Curravough South, Tralee, Maurice Costello, Castletown, Kilflynn and Christina Somers, Baalymackessey, Ballylongford.
The next draw will take place in Herbert’s Bar, Kilflynn on Monday night 15th January at 10.30p.m with a €7,600 Jackpot.

CROTTA O’NEILLS HURLING CLUB VICTORY SOCIAL

All roads will lead to Ballygarry Estate Hotel and Spa, Tralee on Friday 19th January 2024   to commemorate our Senior Hurling Team on their victory at Austin Stacks Park on Sunday August 6th at Austin Stack Park, capturing the County Championship.
Also honoured on the night will be the victorious Crotta Minor Team, who won the County Hurling League Div 1 title in 2023. Special guests on the night will be members of the Crotta 1968 County Championship winning panel.
Awards on the night will also be presented to a very worthy Hall of Fame recipient, Club Person of the Year and Minor, Senior, Intermediate  Player of the Year awards.
Proceedings will commence at 7.00pm sharp.
Entertainment on the night will be provided by BIG JIM. Tickets are €50 and can be purchased from Club Officials.
A bus will operate on the night from Kilflynn village to Ballygarry Hotel (at approx. 6.30pm) and home afterwards. We’d love to see a big crowd on the night to celebrate our amazing team and their fantastic achievement in being crowned Senior County champions for the first time in 55years.
