COMEDY NIGHT

Cornelius Patrick O'Sullivan at Parkers Pub

Pull Hard is a brand-new stand-up comedy show that deals with fatherhood and middle age and the lingering disappointment of lost opportunity
Award-winning comedian, writer and podcaster Cornelius Patrick O’Sullivan is furious. If he had his time back again, he would do it all differently. Alas this is not an option so as he looks firmly in the face of his forties, he has hatched a new plan. To live his life vicariously through his seven-year-old son Harvey. What possibly could go wrong?!?
Pull Hard is a brand-new stand-up comedy show that deals with fatherhood and middle age and the lingering disappointment of lost opportunity. The hour is seasoned with tales of GAA matches, failed diets and expensive babysitters. Above all it’s a show about hope and endeavour.
The show has struck a chord with audiences across the country, culminating in a sold-out performance at the iconic Cork Opera House. Following that milestone night, the nationwide tour continues to go from strength to strength, playing to packed rooms and earning rave reactions wherever it lands.
Cornelius has performed all over Ireland to thousands of people. He has performed internationally at festivals such as Edinburgh Fringe and nationally at events like Kilkenny Cat Laughs and the Paddy Power Comedy festival, among many others.
Appearing at Parker’s Pub Kilflynn, on Friday, September 18th, 2026, from 8 PM – 11 PM
