ACTIVE RETIRED GROUP
A reminder that Abbeydorney/Kilflynn Active Retired are taking a break for the month of August. The Wednesday meetings will resume early in September. We would like to thank all the members for their continued attendance at the social meetings in the parish hall and for their active participation in the planned outings which help to make them such a success. CROTTA LOTTO RESULTS
The Crotta hurling club weekly lotto draw was held on Tuesday night 8th August at Parker’s Pub, Kilflynn.
The Four numbers drawn out of the drum by the independent observer: Crotta Senior victorious
captain Bill Keane were 5,10,15 and 22. There was no winner of the 5,300 Jackpot. Thanks to Graham Harris, Clounsillagh, Lixnaw who also supervised the draw. The Neilus Flynn Cup was also present at the draw.
Congratulations to the following who won €35 in the lucky dip draw: Megan O’Leary, Cordal, Connie Scanlon, Glenoe, Listowel and Brendan Godley, Ballyheigue.
