SPLIT THE BUCKET
The next draw takes place for the Kilflynn Community Together “Split the Bucket” for November will take place at Parker’s Pub, Kilflynn on Saturday 29th November. There are buckets at various businesses around Kilflynn Parkers Pub, Herbert’s Bar and Shop. Zam Zam Kebab. The concept of the draw is simple, simply place your €2 into the envelope at the venue, write your name and phone on the envelope and you could possibly ‘split the bucket!’ Thank you all for the great response and support. All funds will go to both current and future community projects. Your support is greatly appreciated.
CLOTHING DRIVE
St. Teresa’s National School, Kilflynn are holding a clothing recycling drive fundraising.
Please donate all your clean unwanted clothes, shoes, bed linen, curtains towels, bags, belts, and soft toys. Please Donate only clean dry and rewardable clothing as we cannot accept wet, dirty, or damaged clothes or goods. No Duvets. Drop your bags to the Crotta Hurling Club house, Dromakee, Kilflynn (Eircode V92 NW92) Started on Monday 3rd October, last day for drop off is Sunday 6th November between the following hours 10.00a.m to 8.00p.m. 7 days a week. CROTTA LOTTO RESULTS
The Crotta hurling club weekly lotto draw was held on Monday 24th October at Herbert’s Bar, Kilflynn.
The Four numbers drawn out of the drum by the independent observer: Graham Harris, Clounsillagh, Lixnaw were 1,19,20 and 21.
There was no winner of the 3,700 Jackpot. Congratulations to the following who won €35 in the lucky dip draw:
Kate Caffrey, Crotta, Kilflynn, Kenneth O Sullivan, Ahabeg west, Lixnaw and Sharon Quilter, Mountcoal, Listowel.
The next draw will take place in Parker’s Pub on Monday 31st October at 10.30p.m with a €3,800 Jackpot.

So if you are seeking to get out and about, meet new friends and gain a healthier body and mind in the process why not get involved.
This really is a relaxed and fun environment. Each person’s targets and goals are their own. Encouragement and companionship are what the group provides.
All abilities and ages are welcome so why not come along to the Kilflynn community walkway at Crotta Gaa, Dromakee, Kilflynn, on Sundays 10am – 11am and Wednesdays 7- 8pm. All we ask is a voluntary €2 contribution for each session with all funds raised being used for Crotta Field Development which provides playing facilities for all GAA teams from U5’s – Senior players within our fantastic community.
