HOLY WELL MASS
The Annual Mass will celebrate at Tobar Flainn, Kilflynn on Thursday evening 1st May at 7p.m. (weather permitting). May is a special month dedicated to Our Lady – we begin the month with this special celebration at the Well.
STACK’S MOUNTAIN HALF MARATHON AND 10KM
The Kilflynn Running and Walking Club wishes to extend a very heartfelt thank you and congratulations to everyone who participated in our half marathon and 10k races10km on Saturday 26th April, starting and finishing in Kilflynn village in beautiful weather conditions. Your support, enthusiasm, energy & excitement made the event a huge success.

CROTTA LOTTO GAA RESULTS
Parker’s Pub, Kilflynn was the venue for the Crotta Hurling Club weekly lotto draw on Monday 28th April, The Four numbers drawn out of the drum by the independent observer: Graham Harris, Clounsillagh, Lixnaw were 3,5,27 and 30. There was no winner of the 2,100 Jackpot.
Congratulations to the following who won €35 in the lucky dip draw: Tina Lenihan and Mike Conway, C/o Parker’s Pub, Martin Stack, Muckenagh, Lixnaw, and Brendan Godley, Ballylongane Ballyheigue. CAMOGIE
Abbeykillix were crowned Kerry Camogie John West Feile division 2 champions on Sunday 27th April at the sports field, Dromakee, Kilflynn. The group stages were held in Spa GAA grounds Killarney on Saturday, where the Abbeykillix girls beat Killarney in their first match and then drew with Sliabh Luachra in their second match ,which meant they were through to the final. In a pulsating final our girls rose to the occasion and with determined defending and some top class scoring in attack, they were not to be denied this year. Hard luck to all in Sliabh Luachra Camogie Club who are always great sporting opponents. Abbeykillix now go on to compete in the Regional Feile in late June.
