The finish line is almost in sight. Well done to everyone for participating in our challenge raising much needed funds for such a worthy cause for the Kerry Hospice Foundation palliative care unit in Tralee. Lead by our ambassador Niamh who’s strength, determination and indomitable spirit is the greatest example of what our Kilflynn city running group ethos stands for. You can still participate in any way you can, be it walking, running, cycling or yoga. Start the habit now. We are all meeting up at the Crotta Gaa community walkway, Dromakee, Kilflynn on Wednesday 31st January at 6.30p.m to mark the completion of the event everyone is welcome. Hope to see you all there. SPLIT THE BUCKET

The draw for the Kilflynn Community Together “Split the Bucket” took place Saturday 25th November, in Parker’s Pub, Kilflynn. The winner of the November draw was Jack Brady, Crotta, Kilflynn. The Bucket total was €202 and the split was €101. Congratulations to Jack.
Thank you all for the great response and support. Christina Hickey, Rea, Kilflynn drew the winning ticket. Funds raised will be used for projects that will benefit and improve Kilflynn. Your support is greatly appreciated. The next draw for the Kilflynn Community Together “Split the Bucket” will take place Saturday, 3rd February in Herbert’s Bar, Kilflynn @ 10:00pm.
Get your entries in (as many as you like) before Saturday night 26th November! It could be your lucky Night! We have buckets at various businesses around Kilflynn: –Parkers Pub, Herbert’s Bar and Zam Zam Kebab.
The concept of the draw is simple, simply place your €2 into the envelope at the venue, write your name and phone on the envelope and you could possibly ‘split the bucket!’

Crotta Hurling Club have agreed to extend the deadline for the €23,000 Giveaway draw until Sunday 17th March 2024. This decision has been taken as sales have unfortunately fell short of our expectations.
We hope to sell more tickets in the coming 2 months, so that we can continue to invest in the Club facilities. CROTTA LOTTO JACKPOT RESULTS

The Crotta hurling club weekly lotto draw was held on Monday night 29th January, at Herbert’s Bar, Kilflynn. The Four numbers drawn out of the drum by the independent observer: Graham Harris, Clounsillagh, Lixnaw were 6,10,12 and 15. There was no winner of the 7,800 Jackpot. Congratulations to the following who won €35 in the lucky dip draw: Phil and Keith Hannafin, Leith East, Tralee,  Elizabeth Nicholson, Castletown, Kilflynn and Jeremiah Clifford, Banna South, Ardfert. The next draw will take place in Parker’s Pub, Kilflynn on Monday night 5th February  at 10.30p.m with a €7,900 Jackpot.
