The next draw for the Kilflynn Community Together “Split the Bucket” will take place Saturday, 30th September in Herbert’s Bar, Kilflynn @ 10:00pm. Get your entries in (as many as you like) before Saturday night 30th September! It could be your lucky Night! We have buckets at various businesses around Kilflynn: Parkers Pub, Herbert’s Bar and Zam Zam Kebab. The concept of the draw is simple, simply place your €2 into the envelope at the venue, write your name and phone on the envelope and you could possibly ‘split the bucket!’
U-17S ELEVENS OF KERRY
Congratulations and well done to the Crotta U-17 hurlers and their mentors who captured the Ryall’s Travel U17 Elevens of Kerry Shield when they defeated Causeway on Monday evening 4th September in the Kerry Centre of Excellence, Currans. Crotta captain Jack Ryan received the trophy from James Ryall. Huge thank you to James and Elaine Ryall, Abbeydorney for their kind sponsorship and support as always.

PATTERN DAY MASS
In Ballyheigue – Friday 8th September. At Our Lady’s Well and Grotto, Bishop Ray Browne will celebrate Ballyheigue’s Pattern Day Mass at 11.00 a.m. You are all welcome to come and join us on this special day as we celebrate Our Lady’s birthday.
CROTTA LOTTO RESULTS
The Crotta hurling club weekly lotto draw was held on Monday night 4th September at Parker’s Pub, Kilflynn. The Four numbers drawn out of the drum by the independent observer: Graham Harris, Clounsillagh, Lixnaw were 5,10,21 and 29. There was no winner of the 5,700 Jackpot. Congratulations to the following who won €35 in the lucky dip draw: Darren Twomey, Ballyrehan West, Lixnaw, Joan and Pat Hussey, Gortclohy, Kilflynn and Ciss Hannon, Lixnaw.
The next draw will take place in Herbert’s Bar, Kilflynn on Monday 11th September at 10.30p.m with a €5,800 Jackpot.
